V&L's Web site was designed for ease of use, so we are not able to foresee any difficulty with navigation. This said, links occasionally change or break, and we are certainly (although rarely) fallible ... so please let us know if something doesn't work as it should!

The other general area of "Help" applies only to those of you who have accounts on this system that enable you to post and retrieve documents through our Web site. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact us and we will resolve the issue quickly ... especially where deadlines are concerned.

If you are having difficulty posting or retrieving your file, please refer to the instructions that you received on establishment of your account. This file provides instructions specific to your account and your needs. If, for some reason, you need us to re-send your instructions, please contact us.
